Following those directions, these are the options that appear. Only "email us" and "Community":
The live support link sends me to a page where I can choose to email Shopify or to explore the Community. It does not take me to an option for live support. I'm now closing in on 48 hours and still battling this issue as the latest set of instruction...
Where's live support? I'm 24 hours into email-tag trying to connect my shopify store to my Instagram (business) account, and the "help" I'm getting includes outdated screen shots.
Mads141: Did you ever find a way to do this? I've scoured YouTube and Shopify's help trying to find out how to do this. Since adding phone and address is required if you want to set up the Google merchant app, I don't understand why they've made this...
In the sample copy that Shopify provides that gives directions for California consumers to opt out, the text says, "By clicking on the link below, we will no longer collect or sell your personal information." What link am I directing the site visitor...
