It’s the native Shopify integration (settings - privacy settings - cookie banner. and you can check if it’s working via taggassistant
Nothing special to be honest just in settings -> customer privacy the cookie banner activated. And adjusted some style elements. After that I verified with taggassistant that it’s working. If you need more just sent me a direct message. brvincent
