JCB決済を利用していないが、お客様からJCB決済の注文がきた理由について

表題の件、確認をさせてください。 1)実際JCB決済の設定は行っていないですがお客様からJCB決済での注文が来ることはあるのでしょうか? 2)管理画面の支払いステータスを確認すると、本注文について支払い状況「保留中」(支払日2022年5月6日)となっております。 こちらはどのようにすれば解決しますでしょうか? JCBの決済申込みをし、この保留中をなくすしかないのでしょうか。JCB決済を申し込んでいないのに、JCBでの決済ができてしまうことが少し謎です。 ご意見伺えれば幸いです。よろしくお願い致...
