Actually, you cannot start a chat or schedule call back when you are locked out.  All you can do is email.  Not cool

HELP!  My trial is over and I am trying to pay but it rejected my CC and now I have a message saying "we'll be back soon"...can't get to admin or anything else.  Can't start a chat session...I am just locked out of the store I spent hours setting up....
