Same here. Many active carts but at the same time no visitors. Someone here have the solution for this issue?

Hi There, are there any news, updates or workarounds on that case? We would also like to print our orders on an iPad, with the Shopify app, but its the same problem there. So sad that Shopify isn't capable to fix that problem for years now...
