I suggest you to use alternative methods such as getting customer ID and binding it to a brand new account on brand websites, so when a customer go to brand websites, names/etc.. autofill but password have to be chosen again.
Does that app have any more settings to manage inventory? which app was that? (or restore back to the original button of some sort..?)Unfortunately I doubt anyone here can help if we do not know which app is that.
