Did you ever get an answer on this? According to documentation you should be able to enter multiple barcodes for a single item (separated by a comma) but when we do that the item won't scan at the POS (Previous inventory and POS systems allowed this)

We sell books and graphic novels that use UPC +5 and EAN +5 barcode formats.  We need to get our Socket Mobile S740 to read these barcode formats (usually you'd do this by scanning a command code scan to add a format but we can't find that anywhere) ...
