Why is my automatic captured payment missing some of the payments at checkout?  I have never had this happen before since using Shopify for 2.5 years. (For the record, it's on automatic ... not manual.) 

How do I correct the exact percentage to my state's tax rate?  Shopify has Massachusetts listed by name but the rate is 4-5.87%, which is wrong!

I noticed that when I create a new customer, the dialog box for the state is not the state that I am running my business from nor is it for the new customer being added.  How do I correct this?
