I use the default packing slips template and get this error, however when analyzing the network tab in my browser I see this error:{"errors":[{"message":"Internal error. Looks like something went wrong on our end.\nRequest ID: 19308766-4839-4700-bf65...
I am having the same issue, I am using the default packing slips template. It seems you have a bug in your status page because it says there is nothing wrong
This did not work for me, I cleared the session database locally and still got the same error, the only way to resolve it was to manually visit to Oauth URL of my app
Found a solution to this, it sounds like it is a issue/feature with Shopify App Bridge and it is related to "Because the shopOrigin cookie is set during authentication, you'll need to re-authenticate your app in your store's admin" if you search that...
In my case the solution was to make sure that the member of the organization that needs to install apps in a development store is also set as a staff member in the development store
Shopify support have been investigating this for months but have not found an answer yet, we get this issue with all apps at the moment
We have this issue as well, every member of our organization and Shopify is trying to find a solution to it. If we create a new development store we can access it for like a day, then the next day no one has access to it anymore
