Did you ever find a solution for this? We are in the same boat..... no help from Support at all...

We have been in the same boat.... "support" has been completely worthless. Most of our items are Clothing which is tax exempt in NY, but they continue to charge sales tax and on top of that charge incorrect taxes for each county as well..... 

Since the last update, any time we put an order in with a note on the order, the notes are showing up in quotations. This was not happening previously, does anyone know how to make it stop using quotations?  Thank you!
