I just got off of chat and she refused to send my complaint in to get help unless I proved to her with an itemized list of the troubleshooting I PERFORMED!!! I’m an IT person now????

After rereading your message I am even angrier. Even horrible companies offer some support!!!! This is our livelihood for some of us! 

They have NO customer support anymore!!!! We are all on our own!!!! Unless someone who barely speaks English that is servicing 4 people at once counts as support. It is an absolute DISGRACE!!!! Unheard of. All they care about is money. Terrible. 

That is a horrible avoidant answer...thanks for nothing. THIS is robbery and Shopify's live team is useless on the topic. Let's call it what it is.
