Wow! Looks like it's been at least 3 weeks and they still haven't fixed it. I just called about this issue today and was told they hope to fix it "soon". No specific timeline given. She couldn't (wouldn't) even tell me how long they have been working...

I'm having the same issue. The support person I spoke to was not aware of any issues on their end. He said it worked fine for him and he insisted that I clear all my browsing history/cache etc in order to move forward. It makes no sense as 3 separate...
