So, I'm about to do a major update to my Shopify store and found a theme that I love.I start doing edits, create a template in Customize for one of my products, adding addition info, all that stuff. But it can't save it properly. It applies it to a r...
Yep. They are all unchecked. Didn't make a difference. Could still do it. Not sure if my sale price counts as a "product discount"? Not sure, since it's a variant that is being discounted.
I have a couple variant/sizes on clearance to help move product. This leads to a couple of issues:1. People are doubling the discount with promo codes on top of the sale price. I'm trying to prevent this. Shopify says it is easy by just putting whate...
Woocommerce had no issue, but for some reason Shopify is not alerting InFlow that orders are being fulfilled; it is alerting InFlow that there are new orders, just not that the new orders are getting fulfilled. The settings show that it should, but i...
I recently moved to Shopify (DNS) about 5 days ago and I did a newsletter to my customers and a bunch of them are complaining that they are getting this  Maybe I sent off our newsletter too early. Why would they be seeing this with Shopify? All feedba...
I have Cloudflare and love it for its utilities like Transform Rules and Redirect Rules (and Page Rules). But, now that I have moved to Shopify, Cloudflare says my DNS is DNS Only, causing me to lose all the best features of  Cloudflare? Does Shopify...

Hello! No, the chat people -- I tried twice -- said anything platform or code was beyond them and I should try a Shopify Expert. I asked my Shopify Expert and he said the problem is definitely with Shopify. The issue is this... Shopify claims they cr...
There is a serious bug in Shopify. I report the bug and ask for a fix from Shopify Support. The bug is in the shopify "Edit Code" platform. Shopify support says they don't understand how their own platform works and don't understand code -- this wasn...
Good advice. But the support on chat is horrid. Their only skill is to "understand your frustration". They are all reading from the same document, with no answers.
Trying to migrate here from Woocommerce/WPEngine. First lesson is Shopify support is as bad as it gets.Where they are good? They speak English. Where they are bad? I'm not sure their support staff ever touched a keyboard until getting hired.Honestly ...
Shopify support sucks bad. sorry to hear about your issues.
Any time I change or update code on a file through the code editor, a green dot appears next to the file and a revision list grows.However. When I edit files in the Assets folder, where all the CSS is, the files can be updated no problem, but no revi...
