Apparently this is a 'work around' for them but an accounting PITA... They did say there was a different report that shows things better for the actual accounting but I still use this and just delete out the lines I don't need...my own 'work around' ...

I am getting duplicate entries on our Total Sales Report for returns - this appears to be new and totally random, not on every return... I have to go in and double check to make sure each one is not actually being deducted from our payout each time w...
