Simply put a /n or <br> tag wherever you would like the line to end and a new one to start. Of course this is dependent upon your theme and whats accepted in the input, but /n should work.

Looks like it is a part of the newsletter section of the footer, go to your online editor and look for newsletter in the footer section, there should be an option for social links. If not let me know and we can further look into this.
