No, i mean i’m 16 with a NI number, can i use that? or should i use my parents one?

i am planning on launching a store with shoes, i haven’t yet began operating , just worried about the legal aspects
Also, i have a NI number at 16, which is connected to HMRC so do i use my own NI number, or the over 18 year old’s one?
if i’m 16, and my parents are the account holders but i get the payouts, do i file the taxes myself or do they? as in the UK, once you’re 16 you pay tax if you earn more than £190 a week.
how can i sign up to shopify in the UK if i’m under 18? also, what can you use instead of a utilities bill? Also, how do the taxes work on shopify?
