I sent the customer an email hoping for a response so I could get the IP from the gmail header . I doubt I'll get one. You can add an image in an email you send to them redirecting to a web browser. Not quite sure how this works . Maybe someone here ...

Excellent tip TealTX!  . I added 2 workflows for both email addresses.  I noticed that they're using a VPN & had multiple abandoned checkouts totalling thousands on my site. Hopefully the flows will prevent more.
