The answer is that these topics are not available from the notifications event drop down but have to be subscribed to from an app.

The Webhook Subscriptions Topics page suggest that attributed_sessions_first is available but it isn't listed as an event when creating a new webhook under notifications. How do I subscribe for this webhook subscription?
