Sadly the live chat has been totally useless. I have yet to receive any sign of life from the other side. Are they bots? Updates to their codes keeps corrupting my checkout and shutting me down 

I have no solution, but the issue just started up again. As of Oct 28th the prefill is not working again. It seems every time they update their checkout this corrupts the feature. 
This led to no change for me. Any ideas why? Does it take a while to update?
