Even though you have a new offer and you accept you’ll still only be paying on the loan you currently have. Once you’ve completed it they’ll then start your new one so it’s not on top of it’ll just be on the new one.

I found they don’t offer on the weekends. My last one I hit my mark on a Saturday and didn’t get one until Monday. I can’t say for sure but that just happened to me as well.

Here’s my latest update ..recap: on 10/11 I hit my 50% mark and on 10/12 I was offered a new one (mine are small) I’m used to accepting the offer and within 8hrs being approved and funded by next morning 7 times in a row so I obviously got used to it...
