Depends on what features you want and will use. I’ve used the Shopify POS for 2 years and I’m looking to switch. Features keep being removed and you have to find apps with monthly fees to get the features you need.

Not true- I’m on a pro plan and it was completely removed and replaced with draft orders. It now takes more steps and time than before. It also is not intuitive. In order to save edits you have to select the trash icon. And if you don’t make any edit...
Where did the save cart function go in the POS app? It converted all my carts to draft orders. I can no longer make changes to the order and save it again from my POS. Very frustrating as this is how we keep track of clients orders.
Is there an app or flow to generate a printable ticket for tailoring/ alteration services?
