Hi there - did you get any resolution from this? I also would like to send Abandoned Cart emails to subscribers or people who have provided email but have NOT started the checkout process. Wanted to understand what the exact automation flow would be.
One more follow up question. Do you know if it's possible to see Add To Carts by Customer name if the customer has subscribed to email/newsletter but has not started the abandoned checkout process? I'm not seeing where this is available - I only see ...

Thanks for your reply! I wanted to continue using Shopify marketing automation workflows for the 2nd emails rather than go with a 3rd party. I think I figured out how to do it within the existing shopify workflows and I was able to add the 2nd email.
