You can modify your robots.txt.liquid template file. https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/promoting-marketing/seo/editing-robots-txt It's not available by default but is easy enough to create. 

I'm currently manually adding this to our website. We possibly may not have as varied a product mix as you, but I've hardcoded the schema directly into the product.liquid template. https://schema.org/Producthttps://developers.google.com/search/docs/a...
