you block them, but they keep coming back, it does not really stop thier email/ip address from returning? 

How do you block scammers asking to redesign your store? minimaxa.com  Since I posted ads on Pininterest my chat has been flooded with scammers, even after blocking them they keep coming back in chat?  Thank you!
