This is surely needed. If Shopify is truly serious about it's new "UNIFIED" mission, this is a great place to start. Unifying customer communications into one app would be a game changer for us!

Having the same issue with an international order. Chat support was no help. I'll try again in the morning.

The OP was referring to Purchase Order numbers, not Order Numbers for customers. Is there a way to set the starting PO number?
