Hi, Our website is https://guineapigsaustralia.com.au/ and our conversion sits on average at 1% . We can get 1000 visitors a day. It is dropping more and more with every week less sales.  Some days it is at 0.3%. What can we do to convert more?  I'm ...
Sorry forgot to add, the error is occurring for Australian customers for products that are cages for example and not the mugs 
Thanks Mike,  I've requested a call back on your website  So I have printify set up as a separate shipping profile. If I add all markets to this profile ideally I will no longer see the issue?  Once I'm done could you please check it? 
Could you do up a loom video of the replication of the error at all? I stuggle to get it on my end in case we need to escalate to a tech?

Thanks Mike,  Were you able to view my video?  I checked all these and it looks okay but would be good for someone to look over it all.  I went back and saw this error has been happening since January 2024 in my store. 
The issue was there for 9 months until it was recolved by shopify technicians. I still do not know what the error was. I am now having another error with shipping yet again. Different this time but similar circumstance.
