8.17 was supposed to resolve it and did for me. Closing my notifications for this thread now. Create a ticket with Shopify if you still need help.

They told me this is supposed to be fixed in the next update, however this is not stopping you from selling more than 10 items. It just doesn't allow you to scroll through and see/edit them. Also, closing the app should fix the issue for you temporar...

Shopify is working on it but it's not resolved yet.

I am also having this issue. Force-closing the app seems to temporarily resolve the issue.

We have our users log off and onto the POS every day as it helps our Shopify POS performance. 3/40 of our stores are all of a sudden reporting that they don't receive verification codes on certain iPads. I believe it's happening when one user logs in...
