True. Tried to get support for Amazon pay not working (works fine on Amazon end) 1 month later still not working. Tried to get refund for months not used (paid 12, used 2) Shopify wont refund. Total scam and fraud.

Shopify is fraudulent. You pay for services in advance, which when they do not work, you cannot get a redund for. That is fraud. Customer service horrible, 48 hrs to get a simple email reply, NO phone support. Waste of time and money.
