Hi @JasonH & @GadgetsNoob , Thank you so much. I did a bit more of a deep dive into the robts.txt file on my account and realised it was a scam. And great to know now that emails other than @shopify are fake.

Hello, Ive received an email to advise that due to havig such a low conversion rate, Shopify may shut down my account. Has anyone else received this before? Im concerned that it may be a scam. Any helpo with be greatly appreciated. Thanks Sarah
