Hello, I have a join our newsletter tab at the bottom of the site, but I am looking to post an external link on our social channels to have people be able to tap it and be brought to the sign up box.  Not sure how to go about doing this.... Thanks 

Got to #5 of your suggestion, from there we cannot follow. There is no "Sections" or "Background Sections."  

the first image is what our website currently looks like with a white background behind the content, we would like to add a sketchbook underlay underneath the website. Any thoughts on how we do this?  what we want it to look like...
