I might be wrong, but I dont think I can go to shopify admin when my store is inactive. If possible, please kindly tell me step-by-step how to. 

This doesn't help. I don't think you actually read the question. I want to*delete* my url not deactivate. So I can use it another time (Or letsomeone else access it)
