Hello GerWalk. Thank you for your response. What do you mean by a Facebook catalog and a Facebook shop?I have a business page on Facebook and also my instagram is connected to my Facebook. What am I doing wrong?

Please any idea why my shopify is not connecting to my Facebook and instagram?it redirects to facebook page and after i log in, nothing happens. Please help
