Yes, add a user email. It’s definitely a shortcoming that the admin of the account isn’t automatically recognized by Shopify as a user of the sub-account.I’m hopeful that this solves the problem for you.Regards,Kirk

Thanks Emmanuel, Yes, email address is correct and have spoken to Google Technical team who verified that my sub-accounts are set up correctly.  I am waiting for further response from Shopify support to get to the bottom of it.
