Hello. I am having a similar issue. Ads Manager is not reporting any Purchases, but when I go into the Events Manager and look at the pixel set for the ad sets, it show Purchases, but the ad set grid report does not. There are now 87 Add to Carts ...
I would like to find this as well and change it to "4 X $XX.XX WITH <afterpay logo>"
