No @Shopify has not responded. I turned off all notifications and just check the POS system regularly to see if any web orders came through.

@Shopify Do you have an answer to @Sosewboutique? I have the same problem and cannot discern between orders placed online that need to be fulfilled vs. orders just paid and fulfilled at the register/POS in store.
