I figured it out. Thank you for your help 

I cleared cache and cookies and also tried a different browser and it didn't work. Here is how I have the menu and collections set up  

HelloMy shop is not live yet but the dropdown menu on the home page is not working. When I click it does not take me to the menus or submenus I set up. Any idea what I did wrong?
