I've been trying to get support via the help centre for 2 days!! Do you have anything more helpful for businesses who are ignored by Shopify?
I'm having the same issue with ZERO support from Shopify - did you manage to get a resolution?

I'm having this exact issue and have been trying to get support from Shopify for 2 days to no avail. It's crippling my business. Anyone have any success working it out themselves or migrating to a competitor?
