I'm having the same problem, and this response is not helping at all.. like what r you talking about that did not answer her question at all.. I will have to take my business elsewhere.. yall don't even have a number to contact for help    

Did you ever figure this out I'm going through the same, and I'm stuck trying to figure out why this is happening
