Hey Victoria, No, it just refreshes constantly, no matter if cache is deleted. It's only on this part of the admin, orders or billing etc are fine. Will wait for more updates.

I am encountering a loading loop when trying to access the Admin-Settings-Users and Permissions.

Hi, I keep getting notifications that my Shopify payment account is on hold and that I can't accept new orders.How do I get to the bottom of this? Shopify doesn't even let me know the root of this problem so how can I address this?
