Update: My Order number is 1044. I am using the shop app. I paid with the credit card option.

Can someone help me out here? I'm missing a tracking number for my shipment.  It says the order has been shipped from an email I received, but at same time it says "We couldn't find the tracking number".  I order my package over a month ago and I alr...
