I to have been waiting for a repair to accountedge connect and have not upgraded my software or my website for fear of losing hundreds of staff hours in entering inventory.  My unsupported account edge connect has continued to work updating inventory...

SAME PROBLEM here!  I don't mind having to enter the sales manually but I will never be able to track the inventory from items sold in store through the day to what is available online.
