The main-collection-product-grid code has not been changed and is as per the original? 

I have revert the code back to the original code before any customization and  the issue still persist. 

I have just noticed that when you click on View All from the home page it takes you to a Collection List. However while this page shows pagination it simply refreshes the page as well. I believe i have 42 collections and am therefore missing 2 collec...

HiNo it doesn't have any option like this. If i remove the enable view all button it simply shows the 25 items as per the page setting. However i have checked the collection and this has 38 products all of which are active

Could you explain how you set the load more function up thanks

This was a preset option in the theme, i didn't set anything up, well not that i can recall. 
