It's seriously nuts that this hasn't been updated by now. I could write the code to fix this **at scale** in a day. This has nothing to do with "limited resources". I can only guess it's a way for them to milk us for more fees through third party ...
Has this changed? I'm subscribed to both ORDERS_UPDATED and ORDERS_EDITED and neither generates a webhook request from Shopify when I add a comment (note) to an order. I'm on Event version 2023-07
Seconding a way to map one to one would be very nice. Above solution is very cumbersome / clunky. Thanks!
