Hi, you can type ‘speak to an advisor’ in chat and an advisor will chat directly to you and check your account. They have been very good at sorting out the issues we had.
Why is my payout status still pending after 10 days? I have checked my payments, my bank account is correct and it is set to pay into my bank every business day.What do I need to do to transfer funds to my account? Why is it taking so long?
