When I send a receipt to a HP 8 1/2" x 11" printer the bottom half of the recipe does not print.The entire receipt appear on the iPad.

The Full Company name does not print on the Star receipt printer.What is odd is when I print to a HP printer the full name prints out.So far tech support cannot help..One suggestion was to buy a new printer.Can anyone help?

Were told payout would take 3 days they take 6 days. Quickbooks only took 2 days.Tech support cannot say why, just it will get better over time.Six days of using our money to make themselves richer!
