We have the same challenge!!! It is so annoying.We would love Shopify to add an option "mark as refunded" (just like "mark as paid") so that the actual balance to be shown and not refunding the customer twice.
Me too!is there any solution to this? or workaround?that doesn't mean creating separate codes. so frustrating! Back in Magento, this was so simple...
