Don't bother with Fera. Their servers shut down and will remove all your reviews. Support team is also not as good as Vitals which has an integrated reviews app already.

It is actually pathetic how this hasn't been resolved in so many years. For such a big platform Shopify couldn't care less for third world countries, seems like America or nothing else type of mentality. And like you said they will avoid the question...
