Yea I think it is app related I've tried multiple browsers and am having the same issue. We should file a support ticket. Is there a place to do that or email shopify? I think it's a server issue on their end.

I'm having the same issue. It even created a duplicate automation. The automation type is default template discount on subscribe. I can't get it to work have tried multiple browsers, restarting, deleting cookies, etc. Also, they are now in drafts...
