Thank you Liam,I am still struggling with the setup. We are using REST API in our project. Is there a way to mimic clicking the "Request fulfillment" button? I.e send the fulfillment request using the API? 

any ideas? Do we need to code that ourselves or am I missing something? Perhaps there's an app for this?
