They don't care. they will say email them back in which they wont respond and that's it all your hard work down the drain s they only care wasting peoples time. They cant conduct business obviously.

Shopify support team is horrible.
I am now regretting adding my services to this platform! I was contacted by shopify trust & safety team pretty much telling me I had trademark products without proper certifications. I immediately deleted all the listed products to avoid any chaos......
